The most undervalued process an organisation has is it's primary business control process. Organisations with inadequate controls and measures are effectively driving their business blind. Effective controls tell you before you have a problem that one is coming - not just before it arrives but in sufficient time to avoid it.

E² specialise in developing the measures and controls in a well defined structure such that the key elements are monitored, assessed and corrective actions taken when minor deviations are observed. This is a closed-loop business control system and guarantees three things.
